Bloody Mary
Bloody Mary is a classic cocktail, renowned for its spicy, savory flavors and the unique combination of vodka and tomato juice. It’s an ideal drink for brunch or when you’re looking for something refreshing yet bold.
Ingredients (For 1 Glass)
- Vodka: 45ml (or 1.5 oz)
- Tomato juice: 90ml (or 3 oz)

Instructions
Prepare the glass:
- Take a tall glass (highball glass). If you like, rim the glass with celery salt by rubbing a lemon slice along the rim and dipping it into celery salt.
Mix the cocktail:
- In a shaker or a large mixing glass, combine vodka, tomato juice, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, celery salt, and black pepper.
- Add ice cubes and stir gently (or shake lightly if using a shaker).
Pour into the glass:
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, adding more ice if needed.
Garnish:
- Garnish with a celery stalk, lemon slice, or cucumber. You can also add olives or even a strip of bacon for extra flair.
Tips
- Adjust the spiciness by increasing or decreasing the Tabasco sauce.
- Substitute vodka with tequila (known as a Bloody Maria) or gin (called a Red Snapper).
- Use fresh tomato juice for a richer flavor.
